Bingsheng Private Kitchen (Zhongda Flagship Store) - I booked this dim sum restaurant in advance when I arrived in Guangzhou. I visited during the National Day holiday, and they still charged a 10% service charge in the lobby. I was seated near the entrance, and there were no wet wipes provided.
Signature pineapple buns. A signature dish. I always order them when I go to Bingsheng.

Thai lemongrass glass-crusted pigeon. The best of the place, with a lemongrass flavor, crispy skin, and tender, juicy meat. Delicious.

Nostalgic crispy and fragrant trio of desserts. The green apple snowflake beef fillet was okay.

Five-spiced crispy Wenchang chicken. The chicken was a bit dry.

Star-selected crispy thin-skinned chicken combo. The thin-skinned chicken wasn&#39;t good, and neither was the shaqi ma.

Sandworm and conch Wenchang chicken. The chicken was salty and overcooked.

Splendid shrimp dumpling trio.

Bingsheng spicy sea urchin and shrimp crystal dumplings.

Yunnan ham, dried mushroom, and panda rice. It had a strong fatty flavor, so I didn&#39;t like fatty meat.

Homemade sour ginger barbecue pork pastry.

Liubao tea. The food was disappointing, and the service wasn&#39;t worth the 10% service charge.
Key point: It&#39;s best to reserve your desired dishes in advance; they might not be available if ordered on the day. For example, if I wanted the crispy roast goose with black truffle broth or the Bingsheng spicy shrimp, mushroom, and jade belt crystal dumplings, they weren&#39;t available without reservation.

Guangzhou people are so lucky. There are really delicious food everywhere. After Yutang Chunnuan and Bingsheng Mansion, I will continue to check in at the delicious restaurant Yuyuexuan today. The restaurant is located on the 71st floor of the hotel. The guest room cannot be reached directly. I have to change an elevator. It is a bit troublesome. The room was delayed to 2 o&#39;clock. I still have 100 dollars to come here for a simple meal. To be honest, I just finished breakfast at 10 o&#39;clock. I am not hungry at this time. I really want to eat for the purpose of checking in. Guangzhou people know how to eat. The lobby is packed with people. Although it is a high-rise restaurant, it is foggy and rainy outside today. It is basically white and there is no scenery. I like to eat, but I hate to look at the menu. I simply ordered a set meal with a bit of expectation of opening a blind box. The catering is quite satisfactory. There is no surprise and no thunder. The service is not bad. There was a small episode during the period because of the room bill. It was solved smoothly. Overall, it is not bad.

It has a fashionable style and the dishes are served by seat. The service is basically one-to-one. The staff are very enthusiastic and there is a story behind each dish. Exquisite products and carefully selected ingredients provide a feast for both vision and taste. Three kinds of raw marinated shrimps. Shrimp of different methods and varieties are eaten raw and marinated. The method is so unique🤙🏻
The sauce is unique and the shrimp meat is very fresh and delicious

This was my first time dining at Brother Jiang&#39;s restaurant in the second half of the year. Brother Jiang has been at Yue Jing Xuan in the Park Hyatt Guangzhou for many years, and their Black Pearl Michelin awards adorn the entire wall. But my praise for Brother Jiang is that he maintains a solid horse stance and a steady footwork, avoiding unrealistic gimmicks. Following the kitchen techniques of his master, the Cantonese cuisine master Ou Jinhe, he has ushered in his own &quot;glory days,&quot; where he &quot;holds soy sauce tightly in the face of storms.&quot; In reality, a typical Guangzhou meal is simple: boiled chicken, steamed fish, a stir-fried vegetable, a bowl of soup, and a staple food&mdash;that&#39;s about it.

However, mastering these basics is a real test of skill. New, gimmicky concepts and fancy technology can fool the uninformed public, and people won&#39;t dare to comment. But these everyday flavors, commonplace throughout the year, are a source of comfort for Guangzhou residents. Everyone has a say, and the public&#39;s eyes are sharp.

Jiang Ge&#39;s signature dishes, one by one.

As a native of Zhanjiang, of course, boiled Zhanjiang chicken must be exceptional. Although Jiang Ge adapted to the season and prepared stir-fried chicken slices with matsutake mushrooms, I still told him sternly: The boiled chicken at Yue Jing Xuan at the Park Hyatt Guangzhou is now the best in Guangzhou, and that&#39;s more than enough.

Of course, due to his responsibility to generate profits for the hotel, Brother Jiang&#39;s soups are somewhat upscale.
