There was a long queue when I came to check in early in the morning. The order was chaotic and no one was maintaining it. Only an old lady came out from time to time to scan the code for you to take orders, and sometimes she couldn't remember what you ordered. The window was serving both takeout and queuing, and I didn't know in what order it was made. Anyway, I waited for a long time and ordered a small full set. Overall, the taste was okay, the crispy whistle was average, the minced meat was okay, and the noodles were the most delicious, so simply ordering a vegetarian noodle should be enough. Buyi Meijie The spicy black bean hot pot here is cooked to order and is so delicious! Everything is delicious. 3⃣️ Hongyanqiao Old Guiyang Spicy Chicken It's heavy on the oil and spiciness, and the spiciness gets stronger as it cooks. Everything in the pot is cooked, so you can eat the chicken first before cooking the other vegetables. There's a small ice jelly stall nearby to help with the spiciness. 4⃣️ Tufeng Bean and Rice Hotpot The broth contains beans, and the broth gets richer as it cooks. The staff's specially prepared dipping sauce is also delicious. As a non-local, it was a novelty to try this kind of hotpot for the first time. It's a bit different from the stinky tofu in Changsha. The skin is crispy right out of the fryer, and it's delicious with the sauce. 1⃣️1⃣️ Gold Medal Luoji Changwang Noodles These thin alkaline noodles become more fragrant the more you eat them. You can add toppings to suit your taste. 1⃣️2⃣️ Xuji Bowl Rice Cake It tastes like brown sugar steamed cake and water tower cake.
