really a famous and popular hotpot restaurant, crowded of people during lunch or dinner time, really fresh and good tasted. i do recommend it.
Various meats, seafood, vegetables, bean products, mushrooms, egg products, vermicelli, etc. are cooked in boiling water or a special soup base before being eaten. Some people also dip them in seasonings and eat them together. It tastes delicious.
[Location] There is a branch in Hedong, which is very close to the hotel, but after thinking about it, since there is Hulunbuir Old Town next to it, it is better to eat farther away. [Service] We ordered in the morning, and they called to confirm in the afternoon to see if there were any changes. Great! Later, we didn't calculate the time correctly because of the long distance, and arrived later than expected. We changed the time with the store, and they didn't complain at all. The brother in charge of our table was very enthusiastic. It's just that there were so many of us that we didn't have time to wash the sauce plates and cups, which was a bit embarrassing. Eating beef and mutton is a must when you go to the grassland. I didn't expect that the beef and mutton served were so fresh, plump, tender and generous in portion. Hulunbuir is a tourist city, and this restaurant is also a celebrity restaurant. The waiters are very smiling and the service is very thoughtful. It's easy to order more dishes with one person. This time is just a prelude, and we will come again next time.
Recommended by a local lady, it was really good. Fortunately, we came at 4pm. When we left at 6pm, we found that there were more than 20 people queuing at the door, just like Haidilao in Beijing! This is relatively rare in Inner Mongolia, a city with a small population. The mutton is of good quality and tastes good, and the portion is large. The couple only ordered one mutton, which is about 700-800 grams, and there are five vegetarian dishes that are almost unfinished. The vegetables ordered mint leaves and rhodiola rosea leaves, which are very fresh. This is the best meal since coming to the grassland.
