TUWEIMEI XIAOHUANGYU

I used the card last year, and I came to pay it back this year. It was during the summer vacation last year, when I took my kids to travel in Jiangxi, and one of the stops was Jingdezhen, the Porcelain Capital. I have been playing in Jingdezhen for a few days, and this should be the last meal, so I want to choose something different. The name of this restaurant has small yellow croaker in it, and as a person who comes from the seaside, I am curious about what kind of dishes it is. The ice jelly that every store routinely gives is very friendly, and the other dishes taste good. This restaurant is also a chain, and it is definitely worth a try when you come to the Porcelain Capital.

The environment here is good, the service attitude of the staff is good. The flavor is strong and the feelings are deep, and the humorous jokes are suitable for me!

Perhaps because they are both from Jiangxi, their tastes are more general and their dim sum are more refined.

Small yellow croaker, the signature dish, is crispy, spicy and refreshing. The three-claw pot is stewed to perfection and almost melts in the mouth. The lobster falls in love with the little frog, which is very unique. The environment and service are also good.

The first morning, I leisurely strolled through the sculpture and porcelain factory, overwhelmed by the exquisite trinkets. In the afternoon, I took photos at the Imperial Kiln Museum; the brick and tile buildings under the setting sun were breathtakingly beautiful. In the evening, I took a walk along Taoxichuan, where the cultural and creative district, transformed from old factory buildings, had a unique charm. The next day, I went to Sanbao Village. I slept in and then strolled along the mountain path, surrounded by tranquil greenery. Studios converted from old houses were scattered among the bamboo groves; every turn revealed a beautiful view. Time seemed to slow down here; a breath of the earthy air made my whole pace calm. We also went to Tuweimei Yellow Croaker Restaurant. Its decor was very distinctive; every corner was a photo opportunity. While waiting, you could even try your hand at pottery throwing for free, so it wasn't boring at all. The yellow croaker was fresh and flavorful, the chicken feet melted in your mouth, and the taro and beef rice was incredibly delicious. Even the tableware was exquisite porcelain—the experience was top-notch!
