[Taste] Good, I want to eat more after eating it.

I came to Jintang in December 2019 and found a snack shop at random. Liu Chao Shou is still a little famous in Jintang. It mainly sells noodles and wonton dumplings, and there are also several kinds of cooking. You can also buy raw wonton dumplings and pack them up to make them at home. The wontons are fragrant with red chili oil. Now it seems that the shop is still in business. The price should have increased a little, but not much.

I found this snack shop in Jintang and it&#39;s quite famous, so I came here to experience it at noon.
[Environment] It&#39;s really the style of a state-owned canteen in the 1980s, with all kinds of shabby feeling. The lighting is also very dim, and the tables and chairs are also very old.
[Service] They are all ladies, and they are still efficient.
A bowl of oil tea is 5 yuan, without chili, and the Sanzi inside is very crispy.
The whole egg golden silk noodles are also light and hanging, and the two taels are very sufficient.
The dry mixed noodles still have a lot of Shaozi, the chili is not spicy, and it has a little sweetness.
The fermented glutinous rice flour is cooked OK.
The price is still very conscientious, some snacks are delicious and some are average, and there are quite a lot of people eating at noon. It would be great if the environment could be renovated. It&#39;s really been a long time since I saw such an old restaurant.

I had lunch at 4 time-honored restaurants in Jintang, and this one was one of them.
Because I waited for it to open at 1 o&#39;clock, the ingredients of the egg cake were not yet complete, and there were only a few kinds, so I symbolically chose 4 flavors to try.

They were [Double Pepper Chicken] [Chicken Rice and Sprouts] [Cream Pork Floss] [Black Sesame and White Sugar], two sweet and two salty.
Compared with the prices of other stores today, their 4 yuan per piece is really a bit high, a little higher than some of the egg cakes sold in Chengdu.

My God, the spiciest chicken rice and sprouts, as soon as I got it, it started to ooze oil everywhere. Before I finished eating, my hands were already full of oil and dripping everywhere. It was terrible.

Well, in general, the taste is average, the taste is okay, you can try it if you don&#39;t have to queue, but forget about queuing, just go to Heji&#39;s egg cake.

When I stood in front of the stall and looked at the hard vegetable cream, I wanted to turn around and leave.

This place is hidden away at Fisherman&#39;s Wharf on Heba Street! For just over 50 yuan per person, you can enjoy freshly caught fish. Their signature grass carp is tossed in a secret hot pot and arrives still bubbling with freshness. 💥 We highly recommend ordering the boneless chicken feet and braised goose. The seasoning is incredibly generous, and even my friends in Chengdu say it&#39;s more flavorful than the fish hotpot in the city!

While the setting is typical of an old, run-down restaurant (you&#39;ll have to share tables during mealtimes), the food is incredible! 👑 We recommend arriving before 5 PM, otherwise you&#39;ll have to spend half an hour looking for riverside parking... Afterward, remember to stroll along the Pi River to digest your food; the river breeze is super chill in the summer!

2️⃣ Avoid rush hours on weekends; we went there on Wednesday at noon and there was no line.
3️⃣ The owner will recommend the right amount of fish for your group. Listening to her advice will save you money and avoid waste.

This is a noodle shop that I like very much. I ordered beef noodles and it was very average. However, the mixed noodles with cowpea sauce was so delicious that I ordered another bowl and filled myself up. I added cowpea sauce to each serving. The crisp texture of the cowpea and the spicy sauce spread in my mouth just right. The kelp soup was just a foil.
