Day 1: Hangzhou - Jinyun Xiandu

&bull; Dinghu Peak (90 yuan ticket including scenic transportation): not cost-effective, the &quot;No. 1 Bamboo Shoot in the World&quot; scenery is similar to Guilin landscape, and there is also the Yellow Emperor Temple in the scenic area. If you only play for one day and drive yourself, you don&#39;t need to buy this ticket, because other attractions in Xiandu Scenic Area are free and there are many places to play. The average temperature during the tour is around 20-25&deg;C. Be sure to bring drinking water and take sun protection measures in the scenic area.

&bull; Zhutan Mountain: You can walk to Dinghu Peak. There is a check-in point where an old man leads a yellow cow. You can enjoy the scenery of Dinghu Peak and play in the water by the bridge. But there are many mosquitoes, so be sure to take anti-mosquito measures when playing.

&bull; Songyang County Ancient Village (Rated as &quot;The Last Secret Place in Jiangnan&quot;): Originally planned to go to Yangjiatang Village, but gave up because of the narrow road on rainy days (especially when approaching the destination, it was difficult for two cars to pass each other) (not recommended on holidays). In contrast, the road to Songzhuang Village is much wider, and you can see the ancient village along the way. After the rain, the clouds and mist are like a fairyland.

Day 3: Jingning She Window Hometown - Hangzhou

DAY 1:

Start at 2 PM with a walking tour of Xiandu&#39;s highlights:
📍Dinghu Peak (2-3 hours): Xiandu&#39;s iconic landmark and filming location for &quot;Chinese Paladin.&quot; Be sure to stop by the Huangdi Temple. Since you&#39;re here, we recommend taking the sightseeing bus to the top for a bird&#39;s-eye view of Dinghu Peak&mdash;perfect for photo opportunities. 📍Zhutan Mountain (1-2 hours): The filming location of the internet-famous scene of the old farmer pulling a cow. Go in the evening for the best lighting.

For dinner, head to Mishiji Local Cuisine Restaurant. Authentic Jinyun dishes cost over 60 yuan per person. I recommend the Jinyun sesame cakes and stream fish hotpot. The owner is very friendly and the food is delicious. I ate there both days.

DAY 2:
After enjoying breakfast of freshly made wontons made by the owner of the B&amp;B at 8:00 am, continue your exploration:

📍Niweng Cave (1 hour): A gathering place for cliff carvings, rich in cultural atmosphere.

📍Little Chibi (1-2 hours): A Danxia landform resembling Chibi, with a plank road for stunning photo ops.

📍Yandang Bookstore (1 hour): A bookstore converted from an abandoned quarry, exuding an industrial vibe.

Last stop: Visit the Jinyun sesame cake headquarters on Xuanyuan Street for some freshly made cakes, then drive back to Hangzhou in the afternoon!
