上河城小吃街(新都汇店)

The prices are moderate and the reputation is good. At present, the snack city is under unified management and independently operated, so it feels very standardized and the sanitary conditions are satisfactory. Even if you don't eat, it is convenient to take a rest here.

Shanghecheng Snack Street is also a major feature of Kaifeng. It is just opposite Longting Park and is very easy to find. The feature here is that you can eat while exploring the characteristics of the ancient capital of Kaifeng. Maybe I came early, it was not yet mealtime, there were not many people, and the various performances had not started. If you eat, you need to deposit a card and then refund the money.

Shanghecheng Snack Street is nicely decorated and has a distinctly regional feel. There are also some interesting performances inside. However, the snacks served there are average. The soup dumplings were completely drained of broth, and the dishes took a while to arrive. While there are many snack shops, many items are repetitive, the variety is limited, and the prices are a bit higher than outside. I suggest focusing on improving the taste of the snacks themselves. Only with good flavor can they attract more customers. Furthermore, the selection of ingredients in the snacks should be further improved.

The environment here is nice, like it just opened. There are very few people; not many eat or go. The snacks are a bit expensive, but the scenery is beautiful and clean, making it a good spot for taking photos. If you're just here to enjoy the scenery, the place is spacious and cool, a nice place to stroll around. This night market is also open during the day, so you can go anytime. The largest park is not far away, and the pier for taking a boat is also located here. This street is an antique-style street, full of shops selling calligraphy, paintings, and antiques. There's not much to see here; you can just casually visit when you go to the park, but don't make a special trip to this night market.
