There are two most famous Liangfen restaurants in Kangding.
One is Tian Liangfen and the other is Li Liangfen.
I have eaten at both restaurants at least five years ago.

Tian Liangfen used to be located in a remote location, opened early and closed early. Most locals ate it. Later, it opened a store open all day, but the location is not as good as Li Liangfen.
Li Liangfen&#39;s store is in a better location, facing the street. It is also next to the crossroads. There are more tourists.
The Liangfen tastes cool and smooth, and the red oil is classic. The first is fragrant and the second is spicy. After fully stirring, the red oil and chili are simply sparkling. Very tempting.

Tibetan food still needs a lot of people to eat. I haven&#39;t eaten Tibetan food all the way to Kangding, so I decided to have a whole plate of Tibetan food. The beef is more mellow than before. It took me a long time to eat a piece of beef before. The yogurt without sugar is okay, but it&#39;s very sour. I can stand this taste. The beef fried with sour radish is delicious and goes well with rice.
