I stayed in Libo for two days. This is good. Tofu fish must be served with chili to be delicious. The fish is half-cooked and cooked while eating. Very tender. The boss is also fast in serving the dishes.

Besides the beautiful scenery, the most surprising thing about visiting Libo, Guizhou, was the braised food! I especially enjoyed the iconic &quot;Wan Chu Niang&quot; brand. I highly recommend it to everyone!

Their signature braised food platter is incredibly generous! It includes beef, pig ears, dried tofu, and more, each braised to perfection. The best part is, it&#39;s not salty at all, with a subtle sweetness to the braised aroma. The cucumber garnish is a perfect counterpoint to the greasiness. The restaurant is small but spotless, and the owner is incredibly welcoming.

2⃣ Wan Chu Niang Braised Meat Restaurant (Banji Main Branch)
📍Directly across from the front gate of Tailong Xiyuan, Zhangjiang West Road, Libo County
The crispy charcoal-grilled duck at this main branch is incredible! The skin is crispy, the meat is incredibly tender, and the secret sauce is just the right amount of sweet and salty, without being greasy at all. There&#39;s also a wide selection of local braised dishes, and the cold-mixed pig&#39;s trotters and braised chicken feet are highly recommended! The decor is simple yet cozy, making it feel like dining at a neighbor&#39;s house.

Tips:
Both restaurants have their own unique characteristics, so I highly recommend trying them! The braised dishes can be taken away as snacks, perfect for taking to Xiaoqikong. The Banji branch is especially busy in the afternoon, so it&#39;s recommended to visit during off-peak hours.

This is not just a popular online restaurant. If you come late, you have to wait for a seat, and you may not be able to eat because the pot is sold out. In addition to tourists, there are many locals. Although it is located in the inner street, it takes less than ten minutes to walk from the food street archway to the center of the county. The old store I went to in July this year is a bit shabby, but the store opposite is being renovated and should be open soon. The environment will be much more comfortable by then. I wonder if the price will increase to a certain extent. The boss doesn&#39;t look like a local. He has a very good sense of service, even a little too much. He runs up and down in person and enthusiastically introduces the dishes and how to eat. It feels like he has obsessive-compulsive disorder. He has to serve everyone attentively. It&#39;s too tiring. Red beans boiled in thick soup are the characteristics of the pot here. The soup is not too greasy and can be drunk when it is just served. 7 yuan per person includes tea, rice and vegetables. I came to Guizhou for a trip and came to Libo County in Qiannan Prefecture. There is a Lao Ma restaurant near the hotel. The black bean curd grilled fish, the tofu is very tender and smooth, the fish is grilled, there are not many bones, and it tastes very delicious.
