The Master of Lijiang(Restaurant)

The porcini mushroom and bean rice in a copper pot, once mixed, infuses every grain of rice with the aroma of mushrooms. One bite is so fresh it'll make you want to stomp your feet, leaving you wanting more. The mushroom broth is also very easy to enjoy, and the service staff are very nice. The rose milk tea is recommended for two or more people, as the portion is quite generous. The porcini mushroom and bean rice in a copper pot is delicious.

The food was delicious and the service was excellent. The staff were very welcoming. The bibimbap was fantastic, and the paolao (a type of fried rice dish) was also very tasty. The environment was very comfortable, and it was easily found after leaving the Wangfu (Prince's Mansion). The butter tea was delicious; the waitress even ordered an extra bowl, and it tasted wonderful.

The hand-grabbed rice was incredibly delicious, and the portion was huge—more than two people could finish! Every drink was amazing; the tamarind juice, basil, butter tea, and rose tea were all fantastic. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. Highly recommended!

This restaurant is near the hotel where we stayed. It is quite popular. We had our last meal in Lijiang here! After visiting Mufu in the morning, we ate a bait block and then came to the restaurant for dinner. We only ordered two dishes. The black-bone chicken is sour and spicy, and the side dishes are bamboo shoots and onions. The onion tastes a bit like sour radish. I couldn’t taste it at first, haha. The copper pot snow mountain fish is tender and smooth, sour and spicy, and goes well with rice. The waiter also brought us butter tea. It was the first time I drank butter tea. At first, I thought I would not be able to adapt to it. After taking a sip, I found that it was really delicious. I will order it myself in the future. The environment is great and the service is also great.

Lijiang is a solemn and old ancient city. In the ancient city under the moonlight, a glance back is like a dream back to Lijiang thousands of years ago. The love story of the prince of western Yunnan is vivid in my mind, leaving behind so much love. The Prince of Western Yunnan - Dreaming back to Lijiang, inheriting the taste of a hundred years, is such a restaurant, pursuing not only the deliciousness of Lijiang, but also the long-standing legend of this ancient city.   The bamboo shoot chicken of the Haang and Deang ethnic groups is a national specialty, a famous bamboo shoot chicken, the bamboo shoot fragrance penetrates into the sweet chicken fiber, rich taste, juicy and flavorful.   The Yi ethnic group braised black goat, the local black goat raised in the wild, the meat is firm and firm, without a trace of excess fat, removing the smell of sheep, full of chewiness, the more you eat, the more delicious it is!   Antique dining atmosphere, open space, spacious tables and chairs. Every diner seemed to be amazed by the wonderful prince culture of western Yunnan. It was quiet and not noisy, and they savored every bite with their heart.

I lined up for a while at the entrance of the internet celebrity store, but the tables were turned over quickly and I was able to get in after a while. The beef has a very tender texture, and the elderly can also eat it "Rose brown sugar meatballs" This is a must-order for every table. The filling in each ball is different, soft and not very sweet. This is the most delicious restaurant I have come to Lijiang.

This restaurant boasts a beautiful environment and a prime location. It offers a wide variety of dishes featuring local specialties, and the staff are attentive and responsible, providing excellent service. I sampled many of Lijiang's culinary delights. I especially recommend the cold chicken rice noodles – they were incredibly delicious! The mushroom soup was also excellent, and the Lijiang-style cured pork ribs were fragrant, spicy, and crispy. A vegetable salad was also provided to cleanse the palate.
