Every time I land in Lingshui, I head straight to this place! I've eaten here 3 times in 6 days! When I arrive at mealtimes, the door is already packed. My absolute favorite in Lingshui is their herb-stirred duck. I have absolutely no resistance to their slow-cooked herb-stirred duck, and their casserole dishes are unbeatable. The free-range duck has firm yet tender meat, perfect for both the elderly and children. Adding small seafood enhances the duck's flavor, making it incredibly delicious with rice. 🍜The noodles soaked in the broth are so fragrant, one big slurp is simply divine! They also have various casserole stir-fries served sizzling with oil, truly delicious while hot! 👍 The braised yellow lantern beef is slightly spicy and very fragrant, and the sand ginger Wenchang chicken is crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. The only downside is that it makes you want to eat a lot of rice! 🍧Their guava shaved ice is my absolute favorite! I have one almost every day. A cup after a meal—the rich fruity flavor is so refreshing! This is the epitome of a blissful island life! 😭😭 #FoodForestRestaurantCheckIn #FoodFlavors #MyMidnightDiner #LocalSpecialties
Thanks to the Lingshui netizen for the recommendation!! I rushed here straight after getting off the high-speed train, dragging my suitcase... You know it's mostly locals who come during lunchtime! 🔥 Everything is cooked to order! 🔥 It's full of local flavor! 👍 Their signature ☑️ Tiger Po Slow-Cooked Duck with Seafood and Herbs is a must-try! The noodles are the heart of the dish, so add the shabu-shabu flavor! 🤤!! ☑️ Chicken and Duck: The tender duck tongue paired with the soft, glutinous chicken feet is spicy and flavorful! It's so amazing! They also have 🈶 freshly baked oyster and sweet potato pancakes, Xinglong pepper-baked prawns 🦐, and so many other options. Any of them goes well with rice! After dinner, you must try their 🍨 fried ice cream. We ordered the guava flavor! It was rich and you could even see the guava flesh! They really generous with the ingredients! 👍 It's icy cold and really helps with the greasiness!! - 📍Hupo Vanilla Duck · Hainan Food Stall (Qingshui Bay Food Street Branch) #LingshuiFood #LingshuiTravel #LingshuiFoodGuide #QingshuiBayFood #LocalsFavoriteShops #LocalRecommendations
Take my word! When Sanya is packed, Lingshui truly reigns supreme! This 2-day, 1-night guide to sightseeing and dining is a copycat! ✅ 📍A magical place you won't want to leave! 1. Boundary Island: The glassy sea is so breathtaking! Feeding the manta rays is so relaxing; your heart melts when they rub against your palms. 🤤 A 15-minute boat ride away, no filters needed for photos. 2. Qingshui Bay: A free hidden gem beach! Half sand, half rock, the beach sings when you step on it, and checking in at the lighthouse instantly transforms you into a movie star. 📸 3. Nanwan Monkey Island: The cable car view of the fishing rafts is breathtaking! But don't open your wallet in front of the monkeys, or they'll snatch up all your snacks in a matter of seconds. 😂 Next door, Daidai Island is less crowded and beautiful, making it a wonderful place to spend an afternoon lounging. 🍜A local's hidden gem list - Must-try Lingshui Sour Noodles: Rich and sour, with a generous amount of flavor, paired with yellow lantern chilies, it's incredible! - Zaozu Vinegar Hotpot: Seafood in a hot and sour broth, even celebrities love it ✨ - Hu Po Vanilla Duck: Braised to boneless tenderness, the broth is enough to soak up two bowls of rice. - After dinner, enjoy a bowl of durian fried ice cream for a tropical treat! 💡Tips to Avoid Pitfalls 1. Don't buy tourist area snacks on Monkey Island; they're inexpensive and attract monkeys. 2. For freshly prepared seafood, head to Xincun Night Market for half the price of popular online restaurants. 3. Staying in Qingshui Bay is incredibly convenient, close to attractions and food courts. Lingshui's laid-back vibe is ingrained in its DNA. Enjoying seafood in the sea breeze is truly simple happiness~🙌 #LingshuiTravel #LingshuiTravelStrategy
