Not only is he a red link of the French Escoffier Chef Association, but he can also cook according to the preferences of the guests. The simple spaghetti with meat sauce was great, and the noodles were just the right softness. I strongly recommend putting it on the menu. The arugula salad was very fresh. It is the only Italian restaurant in Lingshui that can compare with Shanghai. 👍🏻🍝🥗

The kids wanted to eat pasta, so we came here without considering the restaurant level. Although the request was inappropriate, the pasta was very delicious. The lobster pasta was a great deal. The chef is European, a handsome uncle, and he still greeted us very nicely even though we only had pasta. Thank you for your good cooking!
Looks good, tastes ok, a little pricey.
Who understands?! Having stayed at countless hotels in Hainan, the Raffles Clearwater Bay truly embodies the "tropical luxury resort" experience! As one of only two top-tier Raffles hotels in China, it boasts romantic scenes reminiscent of the drama "The Vanished," and one of only three "singing beaches" globally. From check-in to check-out, every second is meticulously crafted with stunning details and breathtaking scenery. 🏨【Choose the perfect room type! A secluded ocean view paradise starting from 80㎡】 I was torn between the Bali Wing and the Hainan Wing when booking, ultimately choosing the Hainan Wing's basic room, and it proved to be the right decision! The 80+㎡ space is so spacious you could practically roll around in it. The Southeast Asian-style wooden decor paired with rattan elements, and the sunlight streaming through the floor-to-ceiling windows, even the air feels lazily tropical🌴. The balcony faces the pool and coconut grove; waking up to birdsong in the morning and enjoying a drink in the evening breeze is pure bliss~ My best friend stayed in the Bali Wing, and the view was even more spectacular! Opening the balcony door reveals a view of the iconic lighthouse and seaside chapel, a scene straight out of a movie – perfect for taking amazing photos! A special shout-out to Raffles' butler service! They proactively contacted me the day before check-in to confirm my arrival time, preferred room type, and even remembered I don't like ice water. They were incredibly accommodating throughout, even providing weather and outfit suggestions before outings, making me feel incredibly safe. A small tip: The room facilities have a classic feel, not particularly trendy, but they are very clean. The only minor drawback is that occasionally the toiletries are mispackaged; the butler immediately replaced them – a fantastic service! 🍴【5 Different Restaurants! From Buffet to Beach Dinner, All Amazing】 As a foodie, I was truly pleasantly surprised by Raffles' dining options! With 6 restaurants offering global cuisine, you can't go wrong with anything you order! For breakfast, you absolutely must try the Disha Village buffet! The freshly made waffles are crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, drizzled with honey and topped with fresh mango, and there's also the Hainan specialty Lingshui sour rice noodles – tangy, spicy, and incredibly authentic. For dinner, we tried the beach BBQ buffet – so happy to finally have lobsters to our heart's content! We could choose between garlic and cheese, and I ate eight without getting tired of them. The grilled durian was sweet and soft, and the secret to enjoying it with Häagen-Dazs dessert was simply divine! ✨ If you're looking for something different, the Italian restaurant Sapori has incredibly authentic pasta and steak, with rich sauces and generous portions. The Chinese restaurant Bai Wei has unique private dining options; all five private rooms face the lotus pond, creating an elegant atmosphere. However, there are often few staff during peak hours, so reservations are necessary. Don't miss the Long Bar in the evening! Order a signature cocktail, listen to the live singer, and watch the beach bonfire dance – the atmosphere is simply amazing! 🌊【The public areas are breathtaking! Movie-style + a singing beach】 Raffles' public area design truly stands the test of time! A kilometer-long corridor stretches from the lobby to the guest rooms, flanked by lush tropical vegetation. Sunlight filters through the leaves, casting dappled shadows, making you feel like you've stepped into a scene from the movie "Gone Girl." Every snapshot is a masterpiece of atmosphere. 🌿 The garden pool complex, inspired by Van Gogh's Starry Night, is surrounded by coconut palms. The crystal-clear water allows you to swim while looking up at the blue sky and white clouds—it's so relaxing you won't want to leave the water. The most amazing feature is the hotel's private "singing beach"! A 12-kilometer stretch of pure white sand, as soft as flour, makes a crisp "shush-shush" sound when you walk barefoot. Only Hawaii, Australia's Gold Coast, and this place offer this kind of romance. Stroll along the beach at dusk, watching the sunset paint the sea orange, with the distant Dragon Head Ridge reef peninsula and lighthouse creating a picturesque scene. The gentle, salty breeze is soothing, even breathing feels therapeutic. 🧘【Fun without leaving the hotel! Perfect for families and couples】 Don't think that luxury hotels are only for relaxing! Raffles offers a wealth of entertainment options, making it hard to choose: In the morning, there's a relaxing Baduanjin exercise on the music lawn; in the afternoon, you can book tennis or yoga classes, or play volleyball or soccer on the beach. There's even a dedicated children's camp with full-day childcare for your peace of mind! For those who prefer tranquility, the Raffles Spa is a must-visit! This 1400㎡ secluded space incorporates local Hainan-style treatments. After a massage, you'll feel completely refreshed, and the aromatherapy and soft music will instantly relieve fatigue. If you'd like to go out, the butler can arrange private tours to Nanwan Monkey Island and Wuzhizhou Island, or you can tee off at the adjacent championship golf course – the options are endless! The evening ceremony is the perfect finishing touch! Every evening, a Steinway piano performance worth 2.85 million RMB is accompanied by specially crafted cocktails, creating a truly special atmosphere, ideal for couples' dates or girls' get-togethers. 📍【Useful Tips Summary!】 【Travel Tips & Tips】 1. Transportation: We recommend driving or booking a hotel shuttle. It's about a 30-minute drive from Lingshui Railway Station. Taxis are not readily available nearby. 2. Dining: Besides the hotel restaurants, Qingshui Bay Food Street is a 10-minute walk away, where you can enjoy local specialties like fermented rice vinegar and seafood stalls at better value. 3. Photography: The best spots are the kilometer-long promenade, the garden pool, and the beach lighthouse. Backlighting at sunset on the beach creates stunning photos. 4. Room Type: Couples should choose the Bali Wing (better ocean views), while families should choose the Hainan Island Wing (more spacious). 5. Season: November to April offers the most comfortable weather. Avoid typhoon season to fully enjoy the sun and sand. After staying for 5 days and 4 nights, I truly understand why Raffles Hotel is so highly regarded at the top of the Lingshui hotel hierarchy. There's no excessive commercialism here, only the tranquility and luxury of a tropical island. From butler service to dining experiences, from natural landscapes to human touches, everything makes you feel truly at home. Whether it's a honeymoon, a family vacation, or a getaway with girlfriends, you can find your own relaxing time here! Next time I come, I definitely have to try the beach dinner and helicopter tour, and experience everything I haven't tried yet! For those of you planning a vacation in Hainan, promise me you'll book this hidden gem hotel! #AmazingHotelViews #HighEndHotelYouWon'tUnderstandUntilYouSleepWithIt #ThisHotelHasAmazingInfinityPool #UniqueHotel #OneStopResortHotel
There are not many western dishes, but they are OK and the prices are moderate.
