The sky cleared after the rain, and we went to Sapori for two consecutive days. Chef Allen is a very friendly Shanghainese. He opened Solo on Hengshan Road. Not only is he a red link of the French Escoffier Chef Association, but he can also cook according to the preferences of the guests. The simple spaghetti with meat sauce was great, and the noodles were just the right softness. I strongly recommend putting it on the menu. The arugula salad was very fresh. It is the only Italian restaurant in Lingshui that can compare with Shanghai. 👍🏻🍝🥗

The kids wanted to eat pasta, so we came here without considering the restaurant level. Although the request was inappropriate, the pasta was very delicious. The lobster pasta was a great deal. The chef is European, a handsome uncle, and he still greeted us very nicely even though we only had pasta. Thank you for your good cooking!

The balcony faces the pool and coconut grove; waking up to birdsong in the morning and enjoying a drink in the evening breeze is pure bliss~ My best friend stayed in the Bali Wing, and the view was even more spectacular! Opening the balcony door reveals a view of the iconic lighthouse and seaside chapel, a scene straight out of a movie – perfect for taking amazing photos! The freshly made waffles are crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, drizzled with honey and topped with fresh mango, and there's also the Hainan specialty Lingshui sour rice noodles – tangy, spicy, and incredibly authentic. For dinner, we tried the beach BBQ buffet – so happy to finally have lobsters to our heart's content! We could choose between garlic and cheese, and I ate eight without getting tired of them.
