Stir-fried eel. Eel is usually my least favorite dish, but this place made it to perfection, incredibly flavorful.

Large slices of beef, very fresh, authentic Hunan style, with a hint of mountain peppercorn oil. Those who don&#39;t like mountain peppercorn oil should be careful with this dish.

2. Haishanlou

The braised sand turtle was absolutely amazing! Turns out sand turtle is actually a soft-shelled turtle. It was absolutely fantastic! I don&#39;t usually eat much, but this place made it unforgettable.

Sour and spicy pork intestines. Three kinds of chili peppers in one dish, the rice is fragrant and delicious. The pickled radish is incredibly sour.

3. Minghua Restaurant

Green pepper spare ribs. Every bite is full of meaty aroma and green pepper flavor. The meat is incredibly tender and savory. It&#39;s unforgettable.

Homemade spicy chicken feet. Soft and chewy, but not too spicy.

5. Specialty bean curd dregs. The fermented bean curd dregs were overly sour, lacking the bean flavor.

Yam spare ribs, also known as yam spare rib soup, was a real surprise. It&#39;s been a while since I&#39;ve had such delicious yam and pork rib soup. I finished it all. The ribs were tender, the yam was soft, and the broth was amazing.

Qiqi Spicy Rooster

Spicy Rooster, a must-order! It&#39;s essentially stir-fried chicken in broth, and it&#39;s delicious and flavorful.

Li Pangzi Chicken Soup

Stir-fried pork with white chili peppers, the chilies are marinated in-house and are simply delicious.

Tianxia Meishan

Sanhe Soup, a Xinhua specialty, uses ox blood, tripe, and beef as the base, and the essence is mountain peppercorn oil.

Firewood-cooked free-range chicken, likely authentic free-range chicken, with firm texture and a nice chewy texture. It&#39;s similar to Zhumei free-range chicken, but I personally think it would be better cooked a little longer. A little cooking improves the texture.
