There are low tables and small bamboo stools in the barbecue restaurant. There are many kinds of barbecue food, both meat and vegetables can be grilled. Large pieces of meat are skewered with bamboo sticks or clamped with bamboo strips and grilled on charcoal fire. Those that are difficult to skewer are seasoned and wrapped in banana leaves before grilling, which is called "wrapped roasting".
