I passed by a tofu pudding restaurant in Mianning. The local driver said it was a time-honored brand that had been open for six or seven years. The specialty, stone-ground tofu pudding, was really delicious! It was slowly ground by hand, with a strong bean flavor that melted in your mouth. It was simply amazing when paired with the secret dipping sauce! The steamed ham with fat and lean meat also had a unique flavor. The Liangshan twice-cooked pork with unique local characteristics must not be missed. There are also various freshly picked vegetables and game that are worth a try!
