🥩 The dry-aged steak is their signature dish! (Japanese rice koji is used to remove the acid.) The transparent kitchen features a dedicated acid removal cabinet and dry-aging cabinet.
We ordered the 🔥Roasted Angus Rib Eye and the 🔥Roasted Marbled Steak. The former is juicy, while the latter is a thick steak that&#39;s so satisfying!

🍷The sommelier is a pro! He recommended a fruity red wine based on the steak we ordered today.

The freshly made and pan-fried shengjian buns are incredibly adorable and round! The juicy skin bursts with juice as soon as you bite into it💥 So much broth you&#39;ll need a spoon to catch it all! The meat filling is incredibly sweet and savory, and the bottom is fried to a golden and crispy golden brown. Paired with vinegar and chili oil, it&#39;s simply divine!

The ladies at the shop are incredibly fast, and steam rises every time they lift the lid. 🔥 The environment is simple but super clean, and the open kitchen lets you watch the cooking process unfold.

When there aren&#39;t any seats available, many people eat standing up. It&#39;s recommended to come at a different time! At over 20 yuan per person, it&#39;s truly the best value in Hankyu Department Store. ✨

Tip: Eat your Shengjian while it&#39;s hot! Taking it to go will affect the taste.
