A restaurant worthy of praise, very delicious. I ordered four dishes, fried green tomatoes with bacon, fried snail meat with shredded pumpkin, pickled vegetables and potato slices, and three paws (pork feet, duck feet, chicken feet), all delicious. I think the fish fillet is delicious because the fish meat is more tender than steak and chicken steak. After heating it on the iron plate, there is no fishy smell at all. I can only taste the tenderness of the fish meat, and the taste is just right. I don't need to add any extra seasoning. Next is the steak. It may be similar to what we eat in other restaurants. I just feel that the steak is not very tough and is easier to chew.

We ordered four dishes: Duck Three Purees, Kaihua Freshwater Fish, Stir-fried Pork with Preserved Vegetables, and Homemade Stir-fried Meatballs, and none of them were disappointing. Even while waiting in line, I was already tempted by the aroma of the stewed duck! The generous portion of duck was stewed to perfection, tender and tender, and topped with chopped green onions and chilies, served piping hot. Quzhou's reputation for spiciness is truly well-deserved (for those who can't handle spicy food, remember to ask for the mild option!)
