A wonderful journey of flavors and tastes. I did enjoy the bread and salted butter. Also, I did appreciate the cocktail pairing, it was not too strong and paired well with the dish.

IMPROMPTU BY PAUL LEE

My favorite Cantonese restaurant. The roasted suckling pig is incredibly crispy, like a biscuit, and there&#39;s no fat layer, so it doesn&#39;t feel heavy at all. The shredded radish pastry has a crust that looks like it&#39;s been fried and then baked, but it&#39;s not greasy at all. Although the shredded radish isn&#39;t mashed to retain its chunky texture, it still melts in your mouth and is full of flavor. The Prophet Duck is truly a signature dish; it&#39;s delicious and tender, not at all sticky.

From ordering to leaving, it was a great experience. When each dish was served, you would be told what seasoning to pair with it, and the chef performed teppanyaki in front of the table. The ingredients were fresh and the food was delicious, but it took a little while for the drinks to be served.

I came here at noon and had morning tea. The dim sum was good. The rice rolls were delicious and smooth. The siu mai had plenty of ingredients. The shaomai tasted just so-so, as the barbecued pork was too hard.

This Bajiao Laozhai Spicy Hotpot is also a very authentic local Sichuan hotpot restaurant. The spicy hotpot base of this restaurant is simply amazing. As soon as I walked in, the spicy smell hit me in the face, and my appetite was whetted.

I couldn&#39;t stop praising the rich cheese and creamy pasta, and the thin-crust pizza was also very delicious.

Delicious and hearty brunch and afternoon tea, the coffee is pretty good. It&#39;s next to Langqi&#39;s Pancakes, which is very popular. There are too many people and it&#39;s not as relaxing as here.
