Rice buns are a traditional delicacy with local characteristics of Ningbo. They are made from rice powder, not flour. They taste slightly sweet and slightly sour. They are rated as one of the top ten special snacks in Xiangshan. They are made from rice like steamed buns, but they are very different from steamed buns. The biggest difference is that they are made from fermented rice powder instead of ordinary flour.

[Taste] Delicious. The first pot I bought was the sweet-scented osmanthus flavored one. It was very fragrant and delicious even after it cooled down.
