We ordered a set meal for two people. The |beef offal stewed noodles^ in it seems to be the signature dish. I chose the non-spicy one, but the taste is still good and very tasty. The soup base is also fresh, although it is also salty. The rice noodles are a little chewy at the beginning, and then they become softer and softer as they are stewed, so you can decide the heat according to your preference. The tripe and beef in it are very tender.

Accommodation Recommendation: I stayed at a Tujia-style guesthouse near the Tianmen Mountain cable car. The town isn&#39;t big; you can sleep in, stroll along the riverside and pedestrian street, and enjoy the food and drinks &ndash; it&#39;s very satisfying.

Next time, with good weather, I&#39;ll challenge myself to climb the 999 steps of Tianmen Mountain (locals recommend it&#39;s most beautiful on a snowy day).
