I saw online reviews that this restaurant was ranked number one locally, so I chose to come here to try it. Although it&rsquo;s not that outstanding, it&rsquo;s very affordable and the taste seems pretty good.

在黄姚古镇吃的第四顿，因为不想走出镇外吃，就近找到了它家，位置就在古代井旁边，好找。在靠近窗边坐下，看着三几个游客在古井拍照，听着河水缓缓流淌，感觉挺舒服的。随意点了个豆豉蒸骨鱼和炒凉瓜，因为别的招牌菜已经试过了，出品不过不失。因为游客很少，到我们离开时也不见有其他人进来吃饭。

This was the fourth meal I had in Huangyao Ancient Town. Because I didn&#39;t want to go out of town to eat, I found this restaurant nearby. It was located next to the ancient well and was easy to find.
I sat down near the window, watching a few tourists taking pictures at the ancient well and listening to the river flowing slowly. It felt quite comfortable. I ordered a steamed fish with black beans and fried bitter melon at random, because I had tried other signature dishes and they were just so-so. Because there were few tourists, no one else came in to eat when we left.

I didn&#39;t pay attention to the closing time of the store, so I arrived at the store in a pretense (2130). I was expecting to be disappointed when I returned. The owner of the store saw that I had made a special trip and there was only one person there, so he asked me to sit down and make a sheet for me. The restaurant is in Jiuhushan Hotel. We stayed in the hotel and had two meals here. Most of the people who came here to eat were hotel guests. The service in the restaurant was good and the waiters were very enthusiastic. The price of the dishes was moderate, similar to Guangzhou, and the taste was good.
Ordered a yellow fish, weighing two pounds, with the fish head in tofu soup and the fish body steamed. The taste was good, but there were a few more bones.

4⃣️Stir-fried snails, a delicious side dish, without mud and sand, which may be related to the small number of tourists. After a meal, no other tourists came in.
🌞Summary: The environment is very good, the boss&#39;s wife likes to chat (I don&#39;t know if it is because of the small number of tourists). The taste is great. I ate at 3 restaurants over the weekend and also went to the recommended Gujing Restaurant. The taste is not as good as this one. Five-star recommendation.

Traveling to Guangxi, this stop came to Huangyao Ancient Town. This farmhouse restaurant is on the left hand side after entering the gate of the ancient town. You need to walk across the stone jumping bridge to reach it. Maybe there is another passage. This is also the farmhouse restaurant recommended to us by the owner of the inn where I stayed. When I came here at night, I had dinner in a place that looked like a big pavilion. There was no air conditioning. It was a bit uncomfortable on a hot day. I looked like I was sweating while eating, and small mosquitoes, small insects, and small flies would come to visit. But the ingredients here are fresh, and the vegetables and melons are all grown behind the restaurant. They are picked and cooked as soon as they are ordered.

{Perilla and black bean chicken}, black bean chicken must be tried by everyone, because it is one of the specialties of Huangyao. Now we eat it with perilla, the taste will be more fragrant and heavier, and the chef&#39;s cooking is also very wok-flavored. I ordered half a chicken, and it felt that there were a lot of necks and bones mixed in it, and the meat was relatively less, and the number of necks was more than half a chicken should have.

{Pumpkin flower stuffing}, this is the first time I heard of pumpkin flower, and the first time I ate pumpkin flower, and this dish is another specialty of Huangyao. Basically every restaurant has black bean chicken and pumpkin flower stuffing. I tried it, and they cooked it with soup, that is, if there are few people eating, you don&rsquo;t need to order soup separately, just drink this. The stuffing ingredients are quite rich, including tofu, minced meat, water chestnuts, etc. The ingredients are all fresh, and the taste is different, especially fresh, without the taste of frozen meat.

While wandering around Huangyao Ancient Town, I passed by Fujia and saw CCTV reporting on it. I decided to give it a try, and it turned out to be the most delicious restaurant I had in Huangyao for two days. There were a lot of people, so the food service was really slow. The boss was so enthusiastic and could write a great calligraphy poem. Steamed pork ribs, stir-fried pork belly with kohlrabi, and red mosquito chicken are recommended. The seasonal vegetables are also fried well. Continue to book a fruit meal in the evening to try other dishes.
