Fumoto

I thought this restaurant was excellent. I've eaten at many Michelin restaurants but this one is one of the best. The welcome was great, the table was well set and the food was delicious. I chose the 9,000 yen dish and didn't have the hairy crab because I had enough. The taste and decoration were top notch. I would come back if I had the chance.

Fumoden is a very good Japanese restaurant. We booked a private room in advance. Several friends had a meal here, so we ordered a lot of food. The taste was quite good. There are many varieties!

It is said that the ingredients of Hokkaido Japanese food are fresher than those in Tokyo, but not as exquisite. I tried it today and found the ingredients to be really fresh and delicious. The soup in the second picture seems to be fish soup (I am not sure), and it is very delicious.

As we all know, Japanese set meals are very famous and very healthy, because the rice, meat and vegetables are all fixed, so it is also called set meals. This restaurant has a lot of set meal options, including my favorite tempura set meal, beef sukiyaki, sashimi platter, especially the steamed egg, which is very tender and smooth. After eating, there are fruits to eat. The nutritional combination is really balanced.

Fumoden, a chain Japanese restaurant, is also a restaurant that specializes in Kaiseki Japanese cuisine. The environment is very elegant and only accepts advance reservations, so friends who want to eat must make reservations in advance by phone or online. The dishes are very delicate and taste quite good.

Seasonal set menu, we had this at the time. Because this is a Michelin-starred restaurant, I suggest that you make a reservation before coming here. Hakodate is very good, so the seafood is very fresh.
