A sushi restaurant, located in the shopping street by the sea in Hakodate, looks pretty good, but it was quite late when I went there, and it was closed. The sushi on the sign still looks very tempting, and the seafood here is also fresh.

Seafood lovers really have no resistance to this restaurant. The main dish here is seafood. Every dish is very delicate and tastes very delicious. The average cost per person is less than RMB 500.

The crab set meal is only available on a Japanese dinner plate, and the crab meat is relatively fresh without plums. The shellfish platter is very meaty, especially the fresh arctic clams. The steak sauce with green vegetables is delicious and appetizing, and the sea urchin is just right. The service was quite good. I ordered two kinds of plum wine, which were very delicious and had a strong fruity taste.

The night in Hakodate is very quiet after 8 o'clock, but this izakaya next to the JR station is still brightly lit! When you enter the restaurant, you can hear the sound of clinking glasses happily. Many Japanese people eat and drink here. There is also a Chinese menu here, so there is no problem in ordering. The price is moderate. It is a good place to eat and have a drink!

The main seafood restaurant stops taking orders after 5 PM, so I found a seafood restaurant across the street. They served mini seafood rice – incredibly mini! The taste was good, but the portion was truly tiny. The price was a bit high, but the taste was perfect. However, they had one problem: the Hokkaido potatoes weren't roasted properly, and the core was hard. Even Japanese people can make mistakes! We exchanged it, and it was fine.
