翱翔的大鲨鱼Lightning and lightning is not only the name of the restaurant, but also one of the dishes. Lightning and lightning wraps other ingredients like an omelette, which not only retains the sweetness of the vegetables, but also makes a perfect match between the soft and tender eggs and fried noodles, and adds shiso leaves as garnish. Because eggs are used as ingredients, the shape of the whole Hiroshima omelette is also high and round. You may not be able to eat such a high Hiroshima omelette in other places in Japan!

The restaurant we went to was located in a building near the south exit of Hiroshima Station. The whole floor was full of Hiroshima-style BBQ, but this one was the only one that was fully occupied. We waited about 10 minutes for our seats that night. While waiting, the waiter gave us an English menu and asked us to order. We chose seafood and udon base and the signature Hiroshima-style BBQ and ramen base. Compared to Osaka-style BBQ, Hiroshima-style BBQ has more vegetables and the taste is not as strong as Osaka-style BBQ. I personally like it more, because you can add sauce as needed. In addition to tourists, there are also many Japanese people dining there.
All the roasted, grilled and fried foods in this restaurant are delicious, but I think they are a little greasy. I think ordering two things per person is enough. The prices are not particularly expensive, with an average consumption of around RMB 100 per person.
In the building, the elevator is like an indoor food stall. There are more than one, but this one is the most crowded. We sat in the last two seats, and there were people waiting behind us. There is an English menu. We ordered the signature lightning fire, and added oysters and baby octopus. It was enough for two people. The Japanese people next to us each ordered a Hiroshima yaki and a dish. It was amazing. You can see it being made in front of you, and it tastes good. It's worth a try.
When you come to Hiroshima, you must try the famous Hiroshima yaki. I think the difference between it and Osaka yaki is that Hiroshima yaki seems to have more meat. It is really super satisfying and very filling!
