At noon, we offer a sea bream rice set meal, with a choice of eight main dishes and all-you-can-eat sea bream rice. Please note that the last order for this restaurant is at 1:30 p.m., so be sure to pay attention to the time. We arrived almost on time and were able to eat. However, one set meal (which I had planned to eat) was sold out, so it’s best to go early. 🍤【カニのクリームグラタンコロッケ| Cream Crab Croquette】★★★☆The traditional croquette should actually be this kind of fried cream ball, and the one with mashed potatoes is actually the Japanese improved version. However, the sea bream rice was not cooked very delicately, and there were some fish bones in it. It was not as delicious as the Ginpei in Shanghai. Tai chazuke is made from tai rice with sesame sauce tai sashimi and broth added. The sea bream is of good quality, but I feel it tastes better as sashimi. The sauce will be diluted when made into chazuke, and the taste of the broth is not very enjoyable. It's not the bonito broth used in ordinary chazuke, but rather sea bream broth, which doesn't feel as fresh as it used to be. There is a fish miso dish in the side dish which is quite delicious and goes well with rice. The salads in the set menu are pretty good and there is a wide variety. There are also many ingredients in the miso soup. The black tea and coffee after the meal were very ordinary, probably just bottled tea, and even worse than the sencha poured when you sit down. Rice is self-service, but the bucket that comes by default is more than enough. The food tasted above average, but it was snowing outside when we were eating, and we could see Osaka Castle in the snow.
