The sushi tasted original and was very tasty. The flavors were well balanced and many of the ingredients and techniques used were unique, including the use of vegetables.

The order of serving the dishes is determined by the flavor of each dish, fully and authentically presenting the essence of sushi.

An impeccable experience not only in terms of the combination of flavors and ingredients, but also in terms of texture.

From the battle for reservations to returning home with my souvenir, the entire experience felt like a sushi theme park. Sitting at the sushi table and watching the apprentices at work was a delightful experience. Upon entering, I was warmly greeted by the enthusiastic apprentices. As the chefs began serving the dishes, the atmosphere was as tense as a stage. The sushi was made with such care that I'd forgotten what it was like the last time I'd had it. The restaurant's layout, the beautifully written menu, and the chefs' friendly approach to the staff made me feel incredibly happy. The food was even more delicious.

This is my favorite sushi restaurant in Japan. A good restaurant isn't just about delicious food; it's also about the customer service and attention to detail. The entire meal was perfectly timed, a testament to the chef's mastery of his craft. From the appetizers to the sushi, the entire experience was truly exceptional. I'm so grateful to have enjoyed such a delicious meal here during this prime season. I'll definitely book a reservation here again next time I'm in Japan.
