This restaurant uses rare Kosaka chicken. Raised for over 130 days, the meat is incredibly tender and juicy. The other skewers are delicious, and the added toppings are a nice touch. The chicken neck is served with grated daikon radish and yuzu vinegar, and the daikon radish is generously garnished. With every bite, the chicken and daikon radish juices flow freely into your mouth. Absolutely delicious!

这家餐厅选用稀有的高坂鸡。鸡身经过130多天的饲养，肉质鲜嫩多汁。其他串烧都很美味，而且还可以加料，很不错。还有鸡颈肉配萝卜泥和柚子醋，配上足量的萝卜泥。咬上一口，满口鸡肉和萝卜泥的汁水便会流淌到嘴里。真是太美味了！

大阪的人气鸟烧店，我在日本特别想喜欢吃这个鸟烧店，比较接地气，而且都是当地人，炸鸡翅还有鸡肉串的味道都不错，记得不要点太多，慢慢的加单。

A popular Toriyaki restaurant in Osaka. I particularly like to eat at this Toriyaki restaurant when I am in Japan. It is quite down-to-earth and full of locals. The fried chicken wings and chicken skewers taste good. Remember not to order too much, and add to the order slowly.

Kahara will celebrate its 50th anniversary in 2021.
Chef Yoshifumi Mori opened his own shop at the age of 26 and won numerous awards. Not only is he a master in cooking, but he is also quite accomplished in the production of lacquerware. He also held a solo exhibition of lacquerware in New York more than a decade ago. During the meal, lacquerware was on stage many times, and many works were made by Chef Mori.
Chef Farran Adrian of the world&#39;s top restaurant El Bulli commented, &quot;Just being able to taste Chef Mori&#39;s delicious meal can be a reason to come to Osaka.&quot; Then he arranged for 10 employees of the store to come to Osaka from Spain and spend two days to fully experience Chef Mori&#39;s magical craftsmanship. I heard that there are also diners (tu) (hao) who roared in from overseas in their own helicopters. 🌚

Osaka&#39;s very famous Kaiseki cuisine, every ingredient in it is strictly selected, and all the best ingredients used are from Japan. The rice is of very good variety, and it tastes really different.

The price of the Michelin one-star Kaiseki dinner is 12,000 yen, excluding tax and service charge, which is less than 15,000 yen per person, but it is worth it, the dishes are great.

This store has a lot of udon varieties, including Western, Korean, and Japanese styles!! And whether it&#39;s one tama, two tama, or three tama, they&#39;re all the same price, so my friend and I both chose two tama. The bowl was so big that it was hard to take a photo (bigger than my head).
Later I checked online and found that the portion was a bit large, one tama was 260g, and two tama was 520g. Later I noticed that no one around me ordered two tama, and the man sitting behind me only ordered 1.5 tama. We actually ate it all, and with the soup, it probably weighed 1 kilogram. So sinful.

To eat delicious food, you need persistence, fate and luck. The hotel replied that it was full. One evening, we were wandering around Kitashinchi and asked Matsuo Shintaro&#39;s assistant. He told us that there was a vacancy at 9 pm the next day. I&#39;ll tell you that we also booked Taian at 6 pm that day! Two dinners a day, six stars!
