I went to Kaniyoshi in Tottori, and got a huge, amazing crab. The grilled crab was very juicy because it was grilled carefully so that it wouldn&#39;t burn. The boiled crab was covered in plenty of crab roe, and the belly meat was covered in crab roe. The crab hotpot was cooked in parts, and the crab claws in this hotpot had a texture that I had never experienced before, with the fibers of the crabs being separate. The crab legs were cut up and tasted like somen noodles, and each person ate 1.5 crabs.
