Shan Yoe Yar is a Shan restaurant. Shan State is the largest state in Myanmar. Shan people&#39;s food may be different from that of Burmese people (or more like our Thai people?). I just think it&#39;s a bit too homely. It&#39;s nothing more than pumpkin puree, mushroom stew, snow vegetable with vermicelli.
