We went to Firin Express for our last meal in Goreme. The fish was tender and the vegetables were fresh (my friend is picky so all the vegetables were mine). The clay pot beef looked small but actually had a lot of it, and it was stewed soft and tasty. When the boss pulled out his saber to knock open the clay pot, my friend was horrified.
