This month, I made a special trip to Hanoi, Vietnam to check out the legendary 124-year-old Sofitel Hanoi Metropole Hotel. The hotel's Le Beaulieu French restaurant is fantastic! While the name has changed several times, it's the first French restaurant in Vietnam, having opened in 1901. ❗ At the entrance, you'll find vintage photos showcasing the Parisian atmosphere of over a century ago. Our seats tonight boasted the best views, and it felt like we'd traveled back in time. ✨ The incredible "Summer Stroll" tasting menu for dinner was a true fireworks display for your taste buds. 🎆 The first course, the "Rosée d'Été," was a stunning start. The divine combination of smoked salmon, roasted tomatoes, and caviar, paired with NV Billecart-Salmon sparkling rosé, transported you to a romantic evening by Hoan Kiem Lake. 🌅 🌊 The "Brise Marine" is a must-try!
