翱翔的大鲨鱼I recommend the French restaurant La Badiane in Hanoi. This restaurant has been in business for at least 12 years. I don’t know if the owner has been assimilated into Vietnam. I feel that the portion of each dish has become larger than before, especially the portion of dessert is larger than the appetizer. But the taste is still so good.

It is a French restaurant with a sense of ceremony! Very suitable for special anniversaries and family days, it is very warm inside, the chef will greet you with a smile at the door, and will also recommend dishes, or ask you what you think of the dishes! There is also a children's menu for children, a juice, appetizer, main course and dessert. The restaurant will also give children gifts, and paper and pens to draw! Very considerate! The dishes are set meals and a la carte, and the wine ordered is also very good! Perfect! The steak is really good, with a smoky flavor, it looks black, but it is actually very tender! Perfect with red wine! The salmon is very fresh and tastes really good with the salad
The taste is good, the environment is good, you can try it, the price is cheap
It seems to be a time-honored French restaurant in Hanoi. The facade and address are a bit inconspicuous. It should be a restaurant recommended by Michelin but not starred. The kitchen is on the first floor. You can see the chef with tattoos working there. He will go upstairs to greet diners around 8:30 in the evening. Although Vietnam was a colony in the past, the daily routine is similar to that of Asian countries. The meal starts at 6 pm. You can walk in directly and sit by the window. People are gradually filling up before 7 pm. A la carte five dishes in the evening, 1890000 dong, about 600 yuan. There are 2 sets of menus, the main course and dessert are slightly different, there are 2 options with or without wine, and adding wine is 960000 dong 5 glasses. I will definitely indulge myself in the New Year, and I must have wine, haha! The dishes were OK. The waiter introduced each dish in detail. The dishes and spices were well combined, especially the lavender essential oil in the dessert. It was really wonderful. The price was really worth it. In China, it would cost at least 4 figures for a meal, not including drinks. The 2.5-hour meal was very pleasant. However, because I had an appointment for a massage nearby at 8:30, I urged the food to be served later. Otherwise, this meal should have been finished in 3 hours according to the normal French meal process, which resulted in the chef not paying attention to me when he came up. Good value for money, highly recommended, 250 per person for lunch. Vietnamese modified French cuisine, just choose the four-course set. Very good service, the staff speaks English better than I do😓 There are many tourists, so it is better to make an appointment by email. We noted in the email that it was our birthday, and we also got a free dessert (p6). If you don't make an appointment, you will have to wait in line for a while
