By the Hoan Kiem Lake, I found The Rhythms Restaurant, one of the top restaurants on TripAdvisor. It is in the same building as Terraço Sky Bar & Restaurant, one on the 7th floor and the other on the 8th floor, and the menu is shared. 🖼Restaurant environment: The restaurant is decorated in a Western style, and the night view outside the window is very beautiful, very suitable for taking photos and checking in. There was a couple celebrating their anniversary, and the staff arranged their seats very considerately, which was quite romantic. 🍽Dining recommendation: The menu is quite comprehensive, with both Western and Vietnamese food. Looking at the Sky Bar logo on the menu, I had a cocktail. Ordered a Vietnamese set meal, the starter was a very Vietnamese assorted spring rolls, 3 spring rolls were filled with pork, seafood and vegetables, with special dipping sauce, it felt very refreshing. Green mango salad with beef, the beef was very soft and tasty, and the taste of green mango was also unique, it felt very novel. There was also a sour and spicy mussel soup, which was quite delicious. The main course is Vietnamese barbecue. Roast pork, with perilla leaves, lettuce and rice noodles, and a bowl of dipping sauce that looks like pickled cucumber soup. The barbecue and the previous ones together make a table, which is very Vietnamese. The final dessert is banana rolls with ice cream. Everything on the plate is edible, the banana rolls are fried well, and there is cinnamon powder under the ice cream. Overall, the meal tastes good. I personally feel that it is quite satisfactory, but with the view outside the window, it can indeed be scored high.
