This grassland is highly recommended. We visited in autumn, and although it wasn't as golden, it's still worth a second visit. The grassland in spring is much greener, stretching as far as the eye can see like an oasis. While the birch forests are beautiful from afar, up close they're covered in horse manure—black and polluting, making the grassland smell and the experience unpleasant for tourists, completely masking the earthy aroma. We suggest that the horse owners pick up the manure to give tourists a better impression. Overall, it's a very beautiful environment and worth visiting. Be prepared for the cold; it gets just as cold, or even colder, at night.

Towering stone forests, accompanied by birch groves, offer a breathtaking view as you wander among the grey rock formations and golden leaves, experiencing the wonders of nature. Grass grows beneath the trees, while blue skies and white clouds rise above the stone forest, creating a vibrant atmosphere. In the distance, alpine meadows stretch out, vast and magnificent. The path leading here is also a tapestry of meadows and forests, with valleys and grasslands shifting and changing – a continuous panorama of beauty. The unique scenery of the Stone Forest, unlike any other place, is definitely worth a visit.

If you're traveling with elderly people, you need to consider their physical condition. Walking the whole way can be tiring for those who aren't physically fit. There aren't many decent restaurants inside, and the food at the restaurants is just so-so, plus the prices are relatively high.

Autumn in Yudaokou is like nature overturning its palette. Golden leaves, fiery red maple leaves, and emerald green pines and cypresses interweave into a brilliant and colorful painting.

Once you arrive in Fengning, you must drive the Hundred-Mile Sky Road. I've been here before in the summer, and this National Day holiday I came again, and it was absolutely stunning. There were greens, purples, and mostly golden hues—it was breathtaking. The entire route was almost entirely paved, so even sedans could drive comfortably. A perfect score! The lakes and mountains of Hama Dam and Jinchan Lake offer stunning views, especially at sunrise when the reflections on the water are breathtaking – a paradise for photographers. Hiking along the wooden boardwalks is easy, and the fresh air is filled with the fragrance of grass and trees – a truly therapeutic natural oxygen bar. July and August are perfect for escaping the summer heat, while late September to early October is when the autumn colors are at their peak. The roads are easy to drive on, and the park is clean. While the dining options aren't luxurious, the authentic experience is unparalleled. It's perfect for road trips within the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region, family outings, and photography trips – you won't regret coming!

The scenery is particularly great. I caught up with the most beautiful time of the Colorful Forest. Off-road is also highly recommended. When playing the package project, the order was messed up. The staff arranged to take the sightseeing bus again for free, which is very humane.
