Tan Dinh Church
Tan Dinh Church is a Catholic church from the French colonial period that still stands in Ho Chi Minh City. Completed in 1876 and painted pink since 1957, it has earned the nickname "Pink Church" and is a landmark that many tourists make a special trip to visit in Ho Chi Minh City. The church's architecture is primarily Neo-Romanesque, blending Neo-Gothic and Renaissance elements: the main tower in the center of the facade is over 50 m high, with a copper cross approx. 3 m tall at the top. The five bronze bells in the bell tower weigh over 5 tons in total, and the side towers are adorned with symmetrical rose windows. The most gorgeous area. And it's not just a location for tourists. Japanese people actually live and work here. They brought a piece of Tokyo to the streets of Vietnam. Food, language, plum wine, style. presentation and service. It's all Japan. I highly recommend it.

I had a wonderful afternoon going to the zoo and the zoo itself are very big but well organised and there are also sign-board to help you navigate through the zoo, i even have a very close up look at the tiger. This is really a nice place to spend you time together with family members. There are also stalls selling snacks and drinks within the zoo.

What an amazing performance! I went to HoChi Minh city quite a lot of times but umtil now, I never went to see a show at the opera house. Finally I decuded to go eventhough I thought it was a bit pricey... And it happened that the show was absolutely breathtaking and I don't regret any cents I spent to get a ticket. The performance is a mix of circus, dance, drama, live music with a dose of humor... The show at Saigon Opera House is really a must seen while you stay in Ho Chi Mimh City!

I think it is a good place to visit. The scenery is not that break taking but allows you to check the look of Hi Chi Minh City in its finest. I am sure in 20 years it will look different. Also, the air conditioning there was great. You can also stamp postcards.
