Calauit Island National Park
In 1977, in response to a call to protect wildlife endangered by drought and war in Kenya, 108 species of African animals were sent to this 3,700-hectare Calauit Island. These animals successfully bred on Calauit Island. Busuanga Island
The larger island in the Calamian Islands, Busuanga Island (Busuanga Island), is a rich fishing ground in the Philippines. There are no beaches here, and the waterfront is cluttered with half-finished buildings and rickety houses. Coron Town, the main town on Busuanga Island, is the commercial and population center of the entire Calamian Islands. On Busuanga Island, you can not only go diving, snorkeling, and island hopping, but also go off-road motorcycling. Outside of Coron Town, Busuanga Island is full of rural charm. Some of the land has been used for farming and residential development, and there is a bumpy dirt road that circles the island. At least 10 sunken Japanese warships and merchant vessels have been discovered in the waters around Busuanga Island, such as the seaplane tender Akisushima, Kogyo Maru, Irako, the Tangat wreck, Olympia Maru, the Lusong gunboat, and Tae Maru. The discovered shipwrecks vary in depth, so both beginners and experienced divers have opportunities to showcase their skills. Coron Island is an absolute paradise that exceeded all my expectations. The breathtaking limestone cliffs rising from the crystal-clear, turquoise waters create a stunning landscape. During my visit, I explored Kayangan Lake and Twin Lagoons, both of which offer incredibly serene views and fantastic swimming spots. The underwater life is vibrant, making it a perfect destination for snorkeling and diving enthusiasts. The local guides were friendly, and the entire boat tour experience was smooth and memorable. I highly recommend visiting this magical island if you love nature and adventure. It is truly a must-see destination
