• The QR code for this product will be directly updated and pushed through the booking page on the Trip.com platform, without the need to add WeChat or receive SMS. • When you arrive at the corresponding lounge, present the QR code to redeem.

• You may enter the VIP lounge 3 hrs before flight departure. Neat casual attire is required in the quiet area at all times.

• Lounge staff will check your passport, boarding pass and e-voucher, and verify that the name in English is correct before redemption. Therefore, please provide the exact name in English as shown on your flight ticket or boarding pass when placing the booking.

• Most VIP lounges are located airside. If you have a request to check in early to access the lounge, please contact your airline for early check-in arrangements as we are unable to provide this information.

• The lounge does not operate on a reservation system. If the lounge is full due to special circumstances, please wait patiently in line. As lounge usage fluctuates, we cannot predict the number of guests at your arrival time.
