Reviews: Free Walking Tour Cusco: Downtown, Sun Temple, San Blas View

We absolutely loved our experience with Marcel. He was incredibly involved in the tour and not only showed us plazas, buildings, and sculptures, but also explained the history and significance of each place. If Cusco already seemed like a wonderful city to us, Marcel's explanations made it even more so. A fantastic experience, 100% recommended.

Reviews: Cooking class and market tour with a local chef
Guest User2026-10-21
One of the best things we did in Cusco. The market tour with our chef was a brilliant way to start, wandering San Pedro, learning what we were looking at and why, before heading back to cook together. We made ceviche, lomo saltado and mocktails, all from scratch, and every single one was delicious. Our chef was fantastic throughout, knowledgeable and full of stories about Peruvian food culture, but also relaxed and fun in a way that made the whole afternoon feel easy and enjoyable rather than like a lesson. Nothing felt rushed. We were well looked after from start to finish. As a way to genuinely understand a place through its food, this was hard to beat, we came away with new skills, full stomachs and a much deeper appreciation of Peruvian cuisine than we'd have got from just eating in restaurants. Would recommend without hesitation to anyone visiting Cusco.
