The tour bus arrived on time, exactly as originally scheduled, with four pickup points. We visited all the planned locations during the tour. The weather was great, the views were clear, and we were lucky enough to see koalas at one of the stops. Our driver-guide, Augustin, was very positive and humorous, and shared many interesting facts about Australia and the places we were visiting. His driving skills were excellent. The tour was in English, as advertised. Augustin spoke several languages. The group was well-disciplined, and we returned to Melbourne as planned. I was very pleased with the tour. The price was reasonable. I recommend it.

The tour includes all the major attractions, and the driver is very knowledgeable about everything. I was disappointed that the speaker was crackling because I couldn't understand most of what was being said. The driver even found wild kangaroos and koalas to show us. Everything was great.

We had a fantastic day trip on the Puffing Billy Steam Train and the Phillip Island Penguin Parade! The weather was great, so we had a wonderful time! Because the train departure time was earlier than planned, we left 45 minutes early. The entire journey was 14 hours long, and Jack really worked hard! He was so attentive and thoughtful, sharing helpful tips at each attraction to make our trip smoother and more enjoyable. His driving skills were also excellent; the ride was smooth and comfortable throughout, which was very reassuring. Thank you, Jack, for taking such good care of us all day. We had unforgettable travel memories, and I highly recommend it! Sources

The tour guide was very nice and explained things very carefully. The itinerary was well-planned. We saw penguins returning to their nests and the Milky Way under the stars. Highly recommended.
