It was a wonderful experience; we saw so much. The route was slightly altered (due to a canal closure), but that wasn't a problem at all. The tour guide was fantastic, providing excellent explanations with relevant anecdotes – everything was presented brilliantly. The service was also top-notch, friendly and helpful. Thank you so much for the wonderful experience.

Great trip. Check in was a little odd. We had electronic tickets with barcodes, but we still had to stop at the counter for paper printouts which we then presented to people right next to the ticket booth to go down to the boat. Unnecessarily confusing, but otherwise great.

Only problem I had was the guy checking tickets initially said it wasn’t a ticket, but he let me on the cruise so worked out ok in end

really enjoyed- we didn’t get overloaded with information but also weren’t bored. €30 euro for a beer, a mixed drink, glass of wine, shot, 2 pretzels and a sausage platter with potato salad was a pleasant surprise

The tour was lovely and comprehensive, I loved being out at sunset...the staff was very friendly and the boat was beautiful, with a cafe and you could stay inside or go outside to take photos...perfect!!
