Booking through this platform was cheaper than booking through the official Thai website. I was initially worried about potential service omissions, but the service was excellent throughout! The atmosphere at this location in Chiang Mai Old City was fantastic! A great experience! Even the details were thoughtful; there was a beautifully designed water tank with floating flowers visible through the holes in the massage bed.

The spa's service was excellent, but the booking page mentioned pick-up and drop-off service, which wasn't actually provided. When we arrived, there were several of the spa's own cars outside, suggesting they did offer this service. However, the online customer service directly told us they didn't, and they did so quite matter-of-factly without any apology. This was a very unpleasant experience.

Overall, it was average. The price wasn't cheap, the service wasn't amazing, and the room wasn't soundproof; you could hear people talking in the hallway. The bathtub was only available for those who opted for the milk bath package. My room didn't have a toilet, so I had to go to an outside toilet after using it.

The reservation team has sent me email before the treatment to ask if we need to change the venue due to construction project next to the night bazaar branch. We rejected because I was lazy to reschedule the activity. Luckily, I barely heard any noise during the tratment time but I do appreciate the attentiveness that they provided alternative plan. The environment is less beautiful and simple comparing to other branches but still clean and tidy. The staff are nice and always smiling. The technique is good and the pressure is enough which I preferred intense massage.
