the ride was smooth and our driver Michael was able to accommodate everyone and reminding everyone safety and precautions , most of the roads are closed due to construction but able to navigate the route safely.

Our first driver was very knowledgeable, learned a lot. Our second driver was extremely animated and we enjoyed his tour. The last guy was a slower paced speaker and was very interested in where former car dealerships were located. The did a fantastic job at the war memorial area. He was very respectful of our service members.

The combo ticket is the way to go! You pay for one day of the trolley and get the next day free! Also, the riverboat cruise was amazing! Our tour guide was so very knowledgeable about the city and the history of the river. For the trolley, we rode the entire loop the first day, then got off where we wanted, at the Saloon for a great lunch! By riding the entire route, we saw things in the city that we hadn't considered doing. So the second day, we then did the things that interestes us the most on our own. I would recommend doing it that way so you are not reliant on the trolley schedule when you visit the sites if San Antonio. Enjoy your trip!! We sure did! (I would allow at least two days in San Antonio).
