it is definitely not an hour long activity. once you've donned the flight suit and watched the video there's a quick drive to the launch, apply what you saw in the video and you're off. it's a thrilling 40-odd second ride but for the money I would have expected the video to be included. a rather expensive if fun one-off.

Excellent service, varied route and difficulty levels. Matt and his team ensured everyone had a great experience. We felt safe and were taken to places we would never have seen on our own. Highly recommended.

Our guide, David, was excellent. Not only has he lived in the village for many years, but he was also a regular extra in Doc Martin so had some great stories about the filming locations, behind the scenes stories and showed us places we would never have found on our own. We have subsequently started rewatching the show and play 'spot David'. It was a great experience and would highly recommend.
