Upon arrival, a young man stood in the lounge, took a photo of my passport, practically grabbed my hand, led me to a separate window, and everything was ready. From arrival to boarding the taxi, the entire process took about 25 minutes. I recommend this partner; everything was top-notch. A+ rating.★

Everything went perfectly. Our guide, Kelvin, was wonderful. He explained everything perfectly. If we didn't understand right away, as the group was English-speaking and we were non-English speakers, he quickly sorted everything out for us and helped us. The trip was fascinating. I used the Fast Track service after arriving in Da Nang and was extremely satisfied. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, and the immigration process was quick and convenient, allowing me to start my trip without any long waits. Being able to receive guidance without getting lost in the complicated procedures of an unfamiliar airport is a huge advantage. It was especially great to save time after a tiring flight :) Thanks to this, I started my trip to Da Nang in a great mood, and I am really looking forward to the rest of my journey! An excellent excursion! The captain was great – he got as close to the bridge as possible so we could see the show. All the staff were very friendly and helpful – they helped us find the right pier, provided refreshments and drinks immediately on the boat, and created a positive atmosphere. My husband and I were very pleased.
