Our tour guide, Xiao Zheng, provided detailed and patient explanations, demonstrated broad knowledge, arranged a reasonable itinerary, and offered attentive service. The entire experience was excellent, and I highly recommend him!

Luckily, there weren't many people booking tours, so our family got the whole tour to ourselves. Although Xiao Luo is young, she was very well-prepared. She brought along pictures of the Ten Scenes of West Lake from the Southern Song Dynasty to the Qing Dynasty and explained each scene to the children. The itinerary was very well planned; although we walked for almost three hours, it wasn't tiring at all with the explanations. Xiao Luo even prepared steamed buns for feeding the ducks – kudos! 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
