We didn't want to get up early for this trip, so we chose a hotel in Lovina ourselves. However, we didn't figure out the hotel's shuttle service, and as the time approached, we realized we could only take a taxi, which turned out to be incredibly expensive, costing at least 500 NTD. I then asked the customer service representative for help, and she helped us find a cheaper car, saving us some money. There was a little mishap with the dolphin watching – the driver overslept and forgot (which is perfectly understandable), making us wait for an hour. But the customer service representative resolved the issue incredibly quickly, giving us compensation while still ensuring we caught the dolphins, and even providing breakfast (the dolphins were super cute!). The captain on the dolphin watching boat was also very kind; it was a really fun time. I noticed that our captain seemed to be the only one with a sound system! (We came with our own background music, hahaha) When we were taking photos, the captain even lent me his sunglasses and taught me how to pose, hahaha 😁😁😁. We saw dolphins several times in the morning, and I also went snorkeling and saw lots of small fish. The captain even brought bread, which attracted all the fish, and they all came over, hehe ✌︎˶╹ꇴ╹˶✌︎. Everyone was very welcoming. I think Indonesia is really super fun, even though I had to travel a lot by car every day 🚗. If I have the money and time in the future, I will definitely choose to stay here longer. I want to see what a slower pace of life is like.

We had an amazing dolphin watching experience at Lovina Beach! Seeing the dolphins swimming freely in the ocean at sunrise was truly magical. The boat ride was smooth, and the captain was friendly and respectful. Everything was well organized, and the peaceful morning atmosphere made the trip even more special. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Bali!

I was alone on the boat with the captain. Captain Ketut was also attentive, treating me to coffee and bananas. He always told me where to look, where the dolphins were. Snorkeling with the fish also went well; the captain gave me some bread, and the fish ended up swimming right next to me, touching me. The trip was wonderful, a sea of ​​impressions.

We enjoyed the trip. The driver, Made, was punctual and friendly. The captain steered the boat very carefully. We saw dolphins. The only downside was that there were too many boats, and some captains swam too close to the dolphins at speed, which scared the animals and they retreated into the deep water.

The team's service was excellent. They adjusted the itinerary according to your needs and circumstances, without rushing or pressuring you. The drivers were especially helpful; every single one was very kind and willing to tip. When my friend's phone was damaged by seawater, they took us to a repair shop and helped us find a replacement, trying their best to solve the problem. They were truly wonderful. I highly recommend booking a tour with them; the price is really reasonable, and the trip is worry-free.
