I thought the shop itself was excellent, but maybe I'm too Taiwanese, because the food wasn't quite to my liking. I'd recommend coming early for a better experience; when we went, it was mostly locals eating there. If you want to experience local food, it's fantastic. But the restaurant itself only costs 10 USD! The hot spring is quite large with many pools, and the environment is relatively clean. Overall, I'm satisfied. However, there's only one small shop for food, and meals require pre-ordering. There are long queues, and many people eat instant noodles. If you want freshly made noodles, you have to wait about twenty minutes. Regarding service, towels are basically unavailable in the hot spring area; you have to go back to the bathroom to get them. If you leave your towel lying around, you'll be scolded by the staff. The staff won't even put it away for you, which is very annoying.

A wonderful cruise tour! I visited with my partner and a friend. The cruise tour was 1.5 hours in total. The host was super knowledgeable and provided a lot of useful details on Cambodia and the four rivers. Thanks

There are no complaints about the transfer itself. Despite the age of the car (a Lexus RX that looks about 20 years old), it was in good condition and quite comfortable. The driver was professional, driving carefully and confidently. However, the main challenge was the length of the trip. We didn't expect the drive from Phnom Penh to Siem Reap to take a full seven hours. Even in a comfortable car, such a journey is quite tiring. Therefore, I recommend anyone planning this route consider flying first. We flew back; the flight took only 45 minutes, and it was incomparably faster and more comfortable. Overall, there were no issues with the transfer organization, but knowing the actual length of the trip in advance, we would have preferred flying.
