I wrongly pressed “activate” before I started to travel. But when I arrived at the destination it works without any problems once I turned on the data roaming. I remembered if you activate it before you arrive the destination some eSIM doesn’t work at all but this trip.com’s one didn’t have any problems which is great for users! Most likely I’ll use it again if I find reasonable price one! Thanks for the grethe great eSIM! *I put the middle feedback for customer service since I didn’t have to use it this time!★

Got Free 3 days 3GB everyday subscription to my hotel booking and got data as soon as I landed the airport which helped me booked Grab car going to my hotel. But 3GB is not enough for my usage so I subscribed again to 5GB per day for 7 days but still wasn't enough so I subscribed again to 100GB per day for the rest of my stay which is 5 days. At first there's signal problem but the customer service is very responsive and helpful and was able to fix it immediately as he guides me how to process and how to manually select network. I got this cheap coz of the promo as I am a first time user.★
