I took a Halong Bay cruise tour departing from Hanoi, and it was very fulfilling and enjoyable. The guide was handsome and kind, so I was satisfied throughout the entire itinerary, and I appreciated his energetic demeanor despite the packed schedule. I marveled at the breathtaking scenery of Halong Bay, rode a snake boat, explored Sung Sot Cave, and visited Titop Beach. On the return trip, we wrapped up with a light party on board. It was a wonderful and fun experience.

I enjoyed this tour; there were enough places to visit to keep me from getting tired. The food on board was very good. I especially enjoyed the sunset party; the sun wasn't really visible, but it was a great atmosphere. My guide, Long Duy—I rarely mention guides by name, but I'd like to mention him here—was well-coordinated, patient, and in a great mood.
