It's wider than usual sleeper bus, more comfortable and with complimentary water bottle. It's a very good experience. The only hiccup will be the ticker counter unable to find my booking, it took more than 10mins to get it sorted.

Excellent transfer, very convenient! The journey from Ho Chi Minh City to Vung Tau was quick and stress-free. The car arrived on time, the driver was polite and drove carefully. The massage option was a lifesaver for my back. Overall, the booking process was very convenient. The operator is quick to follow up via messenger (reminders, clarifications, and quick responses to questions). The comfortable minivan, with wide, reclining seats that don't disturb others, is fantastic! The ride was smooth, there was a stop along the way, the driver was polite, and there was water. Excellent service. The only thing is, they could send the bus registration and details after booking like other services I've hired do, because to rely on admin staff at the office who are busy on their phones to let you know which one is your bus from all the oncoming fleet is not the best practice. Inside the actual bus I got was great, the back massage seats are superb, but the controls take some twiddling to get used to. The charging outlets are low powered, just enough to hold battery on the lead. Overall I'd book again, great value for money.
